Colossians [3:23]-24 “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving.” To get from being the procrastinator to being a top leader you will have to: know who you are in the situation to start with, then you can move up to becoming a producer, learn what leadership is, become a leader and from there you can become a professional top leader. Once you become a professional top leader you can help others become one as well.
