You have to make sure your people get what you’ve got, so they have a true opportunity to have what you have. Because God gave it to all of us. That is the key to duplication. People are fighting for themselves and status. They say let me get it and let me be the messenger. That’s not a leader. You’ve gotta give your people the experience. This is when the true duplication happens and leaders are created.
