Philippians 2: 3-4: “Do nothing from selfish ambition or conceit, but in humility count others more significant than yourselves. Let each of you look not only to his own interests, but also to the interests of others.” Mentors will never leave you astray, they will always be there to help you along the way. They will be there to help you become the mentor. A mentor that shows you where the support came from originally will help you realize what it’s like to have the care and support to become a mentor yourself.
