1 Peter 5:5
“Likewise, ye younger, submit yourselves unto the elder. Yea, all of you be subject one to another, and be clothed with humility: for God resisteth the proud, and giveth grace to the humble.”
You want to be coachable so that you are able to grow. You cannot grow unless you are coachable. You have to take the advice to get your business to the top. Trusting your mentor will help you get to the top and you have to be coachable to get there.
