“Give instruction to a wise man, and he will be still wiser; teach a righteous man, and he will increase in learning.”
To be a boss you have to be able to teach and be taught. If you think you have learned everything your wrong because there is always something to be learned. You want to make sure that you are willing to learn and to teach so you can become a proper boss.
