We all need a personal manual to survive and thrive in a crisis. One of the first steps you need to take is to check your crew. You need to make sure that your crew is on the same page as you when it comes to making sure you can thrive in time of a crisis. You don’t want to let it all go down hill just because there is a crisis going on.
