It is very important that when you are rising to the top of your network marketing that you are taking your crew with you. Mentoring them in the ways that you have learned helps you to take your team with you are your network marketing grows and to help better your business as well because when you are mentoring your team they are able to learn what you have and they can put what they are learning to use to make the business better and more proficient.
