This morning was powerful when you stated “Managers are in a place where they can go from one place to another because they are managers, but when you are an owner it’s a partnership” that helped me realize that in team building, building others to be “OWNERS” is the goal not to build managers. I appreciate that you stated sometimes teaching management and ownership gets construed at times but once you realize what your doing, you correct it. I found myself doing the same thing going into trainer/management mode and felt the frustration from the team. Now it’s KINGDOM building in other words “follow me as I follow Christ, my leaders, and the rules and disciplines I have kept myself.
