6/4/19 – Most people want to jump into leadership before acquiring the duplication and execution skills after they get a few partners or customers. They might have some success in sales, which is linear. But for duplication, Leadership is required. We are still on Peter … Peter 5:3-6: “Nor as being Lords over those entrusted to you, but being examples to the flock; and when the Chief Shepherd appears, you will receive the crown of glory that does not fade away…. Likewise you younger people, submit yourselves to your elders. Yes, all of you be submissive to one another, and be clothed with humility, for God resists the proud, But gives grace to the humble… Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time.” I can remember the very first book signing that I did with Dr. Myles Munroe. That was my very first event, and I learned about it only 48 hours before being inviting. There were business leaders, leaders in politics. I was already a millionaire through network marketing, however there was something missing. But I didn’t know what that something was. I was in search of it.
